Take a further look inside the finished downstairs space at Barn Owl Farm, where clean lines, natural light and warm oak finishes create a bright, contemporary home.

At the heart of the space is this beautiful modern staircase, combining oak, glass balustrading and integrated lighting to create a real feature while connecting the open-plan living areas with the floor above.

Starting in the heart of the home — the kitchen.

A bright, open space combining traditional detailing with a clean contemporary finish. Bespoke cabinetry, statement stone surfaces, integrated appliances and an abundance of natural light come together to create a kitchen made for everyday living.

A closer look at one of our favourite spaces at Barn Owl Farm…

Following on from our post earlier this week, we're excited to share the near-complete main bathroom. Featuring a bespoke double vanity, floor-to-ceiling tiling, a custom-framed walk-in shower, brushed bronze fittings, and clean contemporary finishes, this space perfectly balances luxury with everyday practicality.

It's always rewarding seeing months of planning and craftsmanship come together, and we're now into the final stages before handover. We can't wait to show you the completed home.
