Roof set then blanket was put down to ensure no scratching took place and flashing was then replaced with the appropriate fibreglass flashing to suit the fibreglass roof !

Here is a complete roof restoration for a customer starting and HMO
• felt • batten • eaves trays + vents • dry ridge + new ridges • verge caps + centre caps
This Customer didn’t want new tiles and preferred the look and wanted to save on any unnecessary expense, we replaced any broken or chipped tiles (free of charge) as there wasn’t too many.
Gutters, scaffold, roof, and floor blown and swept up to ensure cleanliness on completion of job !

Old ridges off due to cement falling out then ridges ultimately blowing off in high winds Not safe for anyone ! Replaced...

Old ridges off due to cement falling out then ridges ultimately blowing off in high winds
Not safe for anyone !
Replaced with a brand new dry ridge kit and brand new ridges to go with
All screwed down and either end fully cemented back up and now all secure for anymore high speed winds
Now safe !

Concrete before then turned into a warm fibreglass roof, Brought up with beams and leveled out with a slight fall towards the drip trim to sail over the parapet wall and into the guttering and facia that will be fitted at a later date 👍🏽
•150mm+25mm equaling 175mm thickness in insulation
•450 grade fibreglass used to ensure it’s a nice strong roof that will last many years
