A nice little project started in a local holiday park.
The customer wanted to build a small boiler room on the end of a block of four chalets to install LPG.
Installed in the boiler housing as requested, supplied by our client is a Vaillant LPG heat only conventional boiler on a sealed S Plan heating system with 210 Litre unvented hot water cylinder to supply the four chalets with central heating and hot water, a separate zone valve, room thermostat and individual radiator thermostats are also installed to each Chalet to meet energy efficiency requirements.
Hot water secondary return pump and pipework has also been installed to allow instant hot water to all chalets and to cope with the demand of future hot water needs for shower rooms and kitchenettes within the chalets.
Installed on the rear of the boiler housing is two 36KG propane bottles with a new automatic changeover kit.
Some photos of the first installation of a few to do on the holiday park, this boiler and cylinder install has been flushed and fully commissioned with landlord gas certification in place.
I will be returning to the job to insulate pipework as required inline with starting the other installs.
