Taking a break from our usual posts today.
Dean wasn’t just a friend, he was also a valued part of the Masters Roofing team, and having him work alongside us, even for a short time, was an absolute pleasure. He was a top bloke, always the life of the job site, and genuinely one of the funniest guys to be around.
His passing is a heavy blow and a sharp reminder of how important men’s mental health is. In our line of work, it’s far too easy to put on a brave face and bottle things up. You never truly know what someone is carrying behind a smile.
To anyone going through a tough time, please reach out and talk to someone. And to everyone else, check in on your mates. A quick call or text can mean more than you'll ever know.
