BGS have received another 5⭐review which highlights our transparency and vast knowledge that we apply to all our customers, the back story is below.

Our client was told he needed a sewer connection to manage his storm water. we are always happy to give time and advice and on this occasion it was clear the client had not been advised correctly about the regulations and available options, we quickly established this would not require a sewer connection quote from BGS, however due to the previous bad advice he had been given and as our priority is always integrity and customer service we talked the client through all the available options which they managed with the on site ground workers all ready appointed and removed the need to discharge into the storm water sewer which helps limit the volume that has to be dealt with by the water authority. The client was so impressed that BGS gave clear and accurate advise and did the research required before quoting they wanted to share their experience.

Another 5⭐️ review has been received from a client in Somerset that we were appointed to install a sewage treatment plant system to replace the existing Septic Tank. The weather during this installation was horrendous which makes not only the works more challenging but the ability to leave the site without evidence of the disruption it has endured almost impossible. As this is all the customer generally will see after completion we always try out very best to leave it the best way possible so to receive the comments below were appreciated. Well done to the BGS installation team who managed to turn a mud bath into a presentable finish and not be beaten by the weather. Thank you to WTE for another on time supply and delivery.

One of our clients was completing a full residential renovation on a recently purchased property which required alterations to external drainage, the alterations required a manhole re build, new pipework, core drilling through the house walls and the installation of waste water gullys. The client had timescales and deadlines he needed to keep due to other parts of the renovation. So we prioritised this work and completed in time for the Christmas break. Full building control sign off and approvals were completed as part of the project and on completion we received a glowing 5⭐️review from our client.

BGS have just completed this challenging installation in a beautiful part of Devon. It's not the first we have done in this area that has hard to access, multilevelled gardens. It has been known other companies have visited on multiple occasions to come up with solutions that will meet the criteria required with no success. BGS always welcome a challenge and on this occasion clenviro were able to assist with a custom treatment plan built to suit the space available but maintaining all standards required. On the day of installation, it took a full BGS team to lift a manoeuvre the tank into position due to no machine access available. This process took careful planning due to restrictions and most importantly a can do attitude and a great team effort once the tank was in position the rest is a standard process and the installation went exactly as planned on time and on budget.
The client kindly left a review to express and acknowledge the efforts made which we really appreciate. BGS are an installer for all of the uk manufacture so have the advantage of being able to assess a sites access and environment and ensure that the right option is available. A special thanks to Clenviro Ltd for their design and production efforts and the supply of a quality product.
