We spend a lot of time sharing our developments, the finished homes, the progress on site and the exciting milestones along the way.

But every project starts somewhere much quieter.

It starts with conversations over coffee, emails that seem to never end, plans spread across desks, phone calls, meetings and countless decisions that happen long before anyone sees a digger arrive on site.

This is one of those moments.

Marcella has become a familiar face to many of you, and whether she's helping keep everything organised behind the scenes, supporting the team, or simply bringing positive energy into the office, she's a big part of what makes William Abbott what it is.
