This beautifully finished kitchen is now a welcoming & functional space, thoughtfully designed to complement the character of the open plan living area.
Classic shaker-style cabinetry in a soft, neutral finish is paired with elegant worktops, a traditional Belfast sink & textured tiles, creating a timeless look that feels both warm & contemporary.
Our electrical team Benjamin Henry Electrics installed a combination of recessed ceiling spotlights & discreet under-cabinet LED lighting, providing the perfect balance of ambient & task lighting.
The subtle glow beneath the kitchen units add warmth & depth whilst providing essential illumination for everyday cooking & preparation.

Stepping into the heart of this beautifully converted annexe, the open-plan kitchen, dining & living space is warm, welcoming & full of character.
One of the standout features is the stunning oak beam detailing that frames the living area. Originally, a structural element of the building needed to remain in place so rather than simply working around it, we saw an opportunity to turn a necessity into a feature.
Our in-house joinery team crafted a bespoke wooden casing to conceal the existing structure, transforming it into a beautiful architectural detail that adds warmth & character.
It’s these thoughtful touches & attention to detail that make all the difference, demonstrating how even practical challenges can become some of a project’s most defining features 🪵
