Urgent combi swap from last week. Customer left with no hot water when old boiler was condemned for safety reasons. We stepped in and got it swapped over ASAP. Baxi 400 installed, old square flue hole bricked up, pipework altered and back up and running in time for the weekend. Baxi UK

The amount of new build sites we go to where there is nothing securing the flue is shocking! Another reason to get your boiler serviced even if it is only a couple of years old 😱😱

Vaillant boiler was turned off last week meaning a new one needed to go in ASAP. Customer opted for it in a new location as the old one was above the garage door in the garage 🤨

Hot water issues☑️

Not anymore, Baxi UK 800 installed on adjacent wall with a vertical flue meaning it could be in a more accessible positions and height.

Previous installer left a huge hole in the wall for us to make good too 😱.
