Just a few little things we’ve done the past couple of weeks amongst other things ongoing.

The garden steps are a massive improvement from the previous ones we had to pull out. Unfortunately we did not take a photo of the original steps so we can’t show you the difference! We will be having a hand rail made for them for the extra support getting up and down.

Customers are more than happy with the steps and it’s nice to see how much of a difference it will make for them.

Following on from the job previously… we are nearing completion of this project. The logistics for this one have slowed us down a bit but we ploughed through.
We will follow up with more photos on completion of the kitchen and toilet installation and the new fencing and slabbing.

Progress from just 4-5 weeks ago.
We have installed the drainage and manholes, the insulated concrete base 65mm short ready for the underfloor heating and liquid screed. The brick and block work is up most of the way around and the cut roof is nearly complete.

More progress pics to follow! I’m sure it’ll move on quickly once the windows and door is then installed!

Here just some of the projects we have completed over the last few years.

We cover a wide range of projects from as little as small repairs up to large project like extensions, renovations and loft conversions.

So please feel free to get in touch, whether it’s a minor repair or a two storey extension, we’d like to hear from you.

So we have started the demolition, dig and rebuild of this house/extension that is basically built on sand!

The old extension was only built on top of the original garden wall. It was badly built, electrics and plumbing were chaos, no insulation and it was a very cold damp room!

This new extension will be the warmest part of the house with its insulated underfloor heating installation.

Making good progress. More pictures to come as we progress on with this job.
