🌧️ STORM & WIND DAMAGE — PLEASE READ
With stronger winds expected and the possibility of heavier rain from Wednesday and throughout the week, please remember that weather can cause minor issues our lads are about all week to help with blocked guttering leaking parts or if your guttering isn't flowing correctly we can replace or realign your existing guttering 🌧🌧🌧
Every property is different and wind hits every house differently. Heavy downpours can sometimes pop a downpipe away from an outlet. It's usually a quick and simple fix, and where suitable we advise a small screw with a black cap to secure it without creating a place for leaves to catch.
If we've fitted your guttering and the weather causes a minor issue afterwards, we will always come back and sort it at no charge.
Please don't assume we're going to refuse to come back, ignore you or not help. Just contact us first and give us the chance to put it right. And please be friendly and respectful when speaking to me.
Running a business is hard. The lads who do the work get paid and move on, but if there's an issue afterwards, I'm the one left dealing with the messages, stress and responsibility.
I'm a single parent doing my best and, honestly, my mental health isn't great at the moment. I'm not looking for sympathy — just asking people to remember there's a real person on the other end of the phone who may already be struggling.
