A quick reminder for landlords and property managers.

Electrical safety inspections (EICRs) are now a legal requirement for most rented properties in England, and they must be renewed every 5 years or at the start of a new tenancy.

We’re still seeing quite a few landlords who are unaware that their report has expired or is about to expire.

At Able Electrical we carry out EICRs, emergency lighting testing, fire alarm testing and thermal imaging inspections for landlords, letting agents, schools and commercial properties across the Midlands.

Over the years we’ve worked with businesses including CBRE, McDonald’s, Subway and many local property managers.

If you manage rental properties or commercial buildings, it’s worth checking when your last inspection was carried out.

Only a few days until I see how the budget affects me as a pensioner. Also our family business Able Electrician Solar Panel Battery Storage carchargingcompany.co.uk able-electrician.co.uk eicrtesting.com solarpanelbatterystorage.com. I know we will have to pay more for National Insurance but hoping for some help for people who want to purchase electric cars solar panels and battery storage. Councils are running out of money, roads are full of potholes, NHS waiting lists are growing loads of things need fixing. Lets see where the money is going to come from. Not a job I would like.

Any company can install a charger but it’s our after service that sets us apart.

Able installed my car charger for me. Months later I had a problem with the charger that was a manufacturer issue and Able sorted it all out for me. They made sure the manufacturer honoured the warranty and once the unit was delivered by the manufacturer, able came and installed it for me immediately. Their customer service is brilliant and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
