This project in Nuneaton involved extending the verge tiles to accommodate newly installed insulation, ensuring everything was finished correctly and fully protected from the weather.

We also fitted two new Velux windows, bringing much more natural light into the property while maintaining a watertight finish.

A damaged chimney can quickly lead to bigger problems if left untreated.

On this repair, the existing concrete flaunching had cracked and deteriorated over the years, with pieces beginning to fall away. We removed the failed concrete and installed new flaunching to properly secure and protect the chimney.
Regular maintenance helps prevent costly repairs further down the line.

There’s no better compliment than a returning customer.

For this property in Tamworth we completed a full roof replacement, installing new roofing boards, breathable felt, white roofline trims and new lead flashing where the roof meets the wall.

Another full roof replacement completed - this time in Alrewas.

This property in Tamworth was in need of a fresh new look, and the transformation speaks for itself.

We removed the rotten wooden Tudor boards and replaced them with low-maintenance composite UPVC, giving the home a cleaner appearance and helping to reduce future upkeep. We also repainted the render and fitted brand new fascias, soffits and guttering all the way around the property.
