Proud to be at the SAVA Expo 2026 đź‘Ź

Our MD Ian Bullock and Charles Riley spent the day sharing what we've learned since 1988 with the surveyors of the future.

For us, it's about more than surveying homes. It's about raising standards across the profession, so every buyer can trust the advice they receive.

Ian is also a co-founder of BEST Training. It's recognised by the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and helps surveyors across the UK understand how older and listed buildings really work.

The government's new Your First Home scheme could make it possible on new-build properties, with a 20% equity loan and an interest-free period to help reduce costs.

What happens if it uncovers problems you weren’t expecting?

A survey finding defects doesn’t automatically mean you should walk away. It gives you the information you need to understand what you’re buying, and decide what happens next.
