MILLBOARD WARRANTY REPLACEMENT | COMPLETED ✅

A recently completed Millboard warranty project, replacing the existing decking and bringing the whole area back to the standard it deserves.

Although this was a replacement deck, there was plenty of detail involved in getting the finish right.

The stepped section in particular required careful setting out and finishing, with every board, edge and junction considered to create clean, consistent lines throughout.

We also completed the handrail detailing and worked around the existing structure, adapting where necessary once the original decking was removed and we could see exactly what we were dealing with underneath.

The end result is a deck that feels completely refreshed, with the small details making a huge difference to the finished job.

A great team effort with Joshua lewis and Radial Landscapes Ltd and another deck completed. 👌

POV: Customer says “just shout if you fancy a cuppa”… ☕️

We didn’t shout once… and still ended up on 10 cups 🤣

8:10am – First one lands before the tools are even out
9:00am – “Go on, have another”
10:15am – Tea + biscuits upgrade 👀
11:30am – “You boys must be due one”
12:30pm – Lunch tea (standard)
1:30pm – “Keeps you going doesn’t it”
2:30pm – Strong one 💪
3:15pm – “Nearly there lads?” (with tea)
4:00pm – Another… because why not
4:45pm – “Last one before you go!”

End of the day:
• Job done ✔️
• 10 cups deep ✔️
• Running purely on tea ✔️
• Heartbeat = kettle boiling 🔥😂

Rate this customer out of 10… (I’m saying 11) ☕️👏
