**POSITION AVAILABLE** - We are seeking a new operative to join our team and our growing business, starting immediately.
- Ideal position for an experienced hard landscaper or arboriculture professional.
- Full time 5 days-per-week.
- Work includes hard and soft landscaping, fencing, groundcare, tree work, horticulture and many other aspects of land development contracting in both domestic and commercial sectors.
- Candidate should be confident with independent working and decision-making.
- Experience not essential but prefered.
- Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude to hard work, a willingness to learn and develop their skills, be polite and conscientious in all situations, but most importantly have a very good eye for detail.
- We complete our work to a very high standard and subsequently we are extremely proud of the reputation that comes with it, candidate must be willing to go the extra mile!
- Our work is varied, interesting, demanding although ultimately very rewarding.
- We can offer highly competitive rates of pay dependent on experience and qualifications along with other benefits.
- Appropriate certificates would be of benefit but full funding for further training and qualifications available.

Something a little special this week as part of a larger project. A paddlestone retaining wall forming a reverse ha-ha effect with hand-made gate to access ramp. Of course we don't like things to be simple at The Oak, a lot of work has gone into this great finished effect while on a compound gradient. Blood, sweat and quite a bit of bad language all part of our bespoke landscaping services.

Specialist vertidrain machinery makes light work of aerating and serious decompaction of everything from Rugby pitches to fine turf, promoting drainage, deep root growth and good grass health. Penetrating up to 300mm deep this will break up even the worst soil compaction of any sports turf surface.

New to the fleet this year is our side arm flail, coupled with our small tractor on grass tyres it makes the perfect combination for tackling hedges on sensitive surfaces and in confined spaces. Far more cost effective than cutting by hand, no mess, no ruts, no clean up, simple!
