CHRISTMAS READY!!🎄....

Still awaiting the delivery of the final piece of cornice above the corner larder unit but wanted to get some pictures up before it becomes a fully utilised kitchen.

It's not JUST the brand new kitchen, its;

- The relocation of the sink
- The door to the garage blocked in
- The internal doorway opened up and made wider
- The ceiling and walls re-plastered
- The new flooring, skirting and trim fitted...

that makes this feel like a complete transformation rather than a simple upgrade.

The Build 🧱

From the groundworks to the leadwork.
Bottom to top, inside and out.

There's no juggling multiple trades. No delays. No headaches in trying to organise everything to run one after another at different phases.

Its just us from the very beginning to the very end 🤝

Oh... and ignore that downpipe in the 3rd picture, that was an old one put on to temporarily control the rainwater flow 👀

New block-paved driveway was installed here. (We also built the garage)

This whole area used to be overgrown shrubs and bushes, it was a wasteland.

Now it's been perfectly utilised by building another garage next to the existing one, knocking through to create a true double garage and installing a nice new driveway for multiple vehicles 🚗🚗🚗

Can't quite believe its been nearly a whole year since I've posted anything on here. That hasn't been due to a lack of work.... quite the opposite!

We've been so busy but what a year it's been!

I'm really excited to share pictures of what we've been up to and all the different phases of work on a huge project we've been on, almost continuously, since last July. So keep your eyes peeled for that in the coming weeks 👀

But for now, here are some progress pictures from a separate project. A lovely little kitchen renovation and new herringbone flooring that we completed a few weeks ago 🫶🏼

PROGRESS PICTURES!....

Here's our latest project - a wonderful wrap around extension at the Archers in . (Plus garage - to be pictured later)

This brickwork will be finished next week now that the scaffolding is up then it's onto creating the hand-cut pitched roof.

We do pretty much everything on an extension;
- The footings and oversite
- The drainage
- All of the brick and blockwork
- The roof
- Knock-throughs and installation of steel beams
- Installation of the windows and doors
- The plumbing first fix and second fix
- The studwork and internal walls
- All of the dry lining and plastering
- The skirting and architrave to finish.

And then once completed we're often kept on to undertake various internal jobs like flooring, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms... external ones like block paving, garden slabs, fences etc.

An expanded living room, a utility area, a downstairs toilet aaaaaaand......

A new bedroom! 🛏
as part of the previous 2-storey extension 🏠

We created a corridor using some of the space in the existing bedroom to allow access to the new one.

Installed a new door and even re-used an existing one to reduce the cost for our customer.

A worthy addition to the house!

We knocked through into the existing livingroom to open up the space as well as adding a whole new bedroom, a utility area and a downstairs toilet.

First post in a while!

We've been busy with an array of little projects recently; plastering, front door replacements, internal sliding doors, garden walls, fascia, soffit and guttering replacements, loft boarding and much, much more that social media has sat on the back burner.

Nevertheless, here are some snaps of our most recently completed project with some before and afters.

Polycarbonate roofing over a new composite decking platform to create a wonderful little relaxation area, suitable for all weathers. ☀️+🌧
