Aimee is walking a mile every day for 30 days dressed as a giant inflatable dinosaur, raising money for Tiny But Mighty Swindon 💜

Today marks the beginning of Aimee Single Parent UGC 30 day challenge… not only will Aimee be walking a mile a day for 30 days.. she is doing in an inflatable dinosaur outfit 🦕

This one is very close to our family.

Tiny But Mighty was started by my daughter following the premature birth of my first grandson, George, who arrived at just 28 weeks, weighing a tiny 1lb 9oz and spent 10 weeks in NICU.

Having seen first-hand what NICU families go through, I’m incredibly proud of what Tiny But Mighty has gone on to achieve and the support they’re now looking to provide for local families.

I’d really appreciate it if any of our customers, fellow local businesses or contacts would take a look at the post below. If you could support one of their projects, organise some fundraising or even just share it with your network, it would mean a lot.

Every little bit really does help.

💜 We’ve got some exciting plans for Tiny But Mighty and we’d love your help!

Following our meeting with the neonatal team, we’re focusing on three projects:

🛒 Parent Pantry – essentials & hot meals
🚗 Miles Together – helping families with travel & welcome packs
🏡 Little Moments – improving wellbeing pods & parent bedrooms

We’d love to hear from local businesses, schools, workplaces and community groups who could fundraise, sponsor or support one of these projects. 💜

Listen up, bumblebees! You have a busy June ahead 🐝📝

👑 Bumblebee queens emerge from hibernation in spring, when rising temperatures and longer days wake them up.
💤 When a queen emerges, she spends some time resting to wake up properly.
🌷 Once fully awake, she feeds on flowers to gain energy.
🏠 Then begins the search for a suitable nest site: holes in the ground, long grass, bird boxes and beneath garden sheds.
🌼 Once she has chosen her nest site, the queen will feed on more flowers and lay her first eggs.
🐛 Little white larvae hatch, feed on collected pollen, and then develop into adult workers.
💼 These smaller females carry out work inside and outside the nest.
👑 The queens remain inside the nest, laying more eggs for the next batch of workers.
🚹 Towards the end of a nest, males appear. They feed on nectar and try to mate with queens from other nests.

Hands up if you’ve seen a bumblebee recently? 🙌

Morning all hope your having a wonderful Saturday and chilling this is my start to the weekend and and thought i would post up the first pic to all them antis out there that try to get me banned on social media because of what I do for a living , and if people don’t know I was banned 6 years ago with my feet up just like this picture for sexual content and facebook banned me for a month and all it was the words finally chilling,
