This was dec 24-dec25
1. Double story over an existing garage, this was all built on steel work ontop of new pads maximising all above living space possible. We took down existing chimney, added a new master bedroom and master ensuit.
2. Simple garden wall repair, the gates blew this whole peer over. We extended the footing, adding another 100mm into the wall for stability and wrapped it with matching brickwork to match exiting peer.
3. This was a single story kitchen extension, first floor bedroom extension and en-suite, complete renovation of existing downstair rooms. We added a beautiful open planned kitchen diner, complete with a monster skylight! New reroof of the entire side and back of the property for a new office space and downstairs toilet.we also added a doormer extension of the existing bedroom with a new upstairs en-suite.
4. Single story rear extension with a new downstairs toilet and shower area, also extended along the side to add a new utility room and service room. We took out the existing back of the house to open it up to form a lovely flowing open plan living space.
5. This is a conversion of an old conservatory into a new rear sunroom, complete with a new roof and upgrade of insulation to make it a more useable space. We also converted into the existing garage to form a new office and toilet for use with the office.
6. This was a monster garage and golf simulator in the rear of a property in Swindon. We were tasked with the shell only on this project. This job come with some logistical challenges, with narrow entrances to the site and not a lot of storage room. We stripped the complete garden first, new footings, water main and electrics. We installed an insulated floor slab and built the blockwork upto plate ready for the next phase.
7. Probably our favourite job of the year, this is a beauty of a rear extension. At 13m long and 5.5m deep, we built a single story extension complete with a flat roof and a seamless parapet, no guttering on show was the request, and that’s what the customer got. Inside is an open plan kitchen/diner, a huge boot room/utility room and also a downstairs shower room and toilet! A real pleasure to do through the summer on a beautiful farm.
8. Our last job of the year, this was a single story rear kitchen extension over in wichelstow, complete with knockthrough pictured below. We had limited space again on this project so had to be very efficient with material orders and taking waste away from site. We were only tasked with getting the job to plaster on this job, however we are super happy with the customers finishings. Just waiting for the quartz worktop but inside looks beautiful. Will uploads some photos once finished.
9.Structual steel knockthrough, this was a gigantic ‘goalpost’ knockthrough on a job we did over in wichelstow. This come with many challenges, we had the whole of the back of the house on props. We had to move water mains and the boiler.
