What a fantastic day at Practice Power Up yesterday.

We brought together independent practice owners and leaders for a day focused on stepping out of the day-to-day and taking a clear, honest look at what’s really happening inside their practices.

Attendees brought real enthusiasm to the day, engaged fully in the sessions, and left with valuable insights and practical takeaways to bring back to their practices.

A huge thank you to Andy Green for sharing his expertise and insight with the attendees throughout the day, and to Rebecca Robinson for bringing her thoughtful guidance, energy, and support to the sessions. Together, they helped create a day full of learning, reflection, and meaningful conversation 💜.

It’s a day to slow things down just enough to see them properly. The pressures, the priorities, the patterns that are shaping decisions, and the opportunities that are easy to overlook when you’re in the middle of it all.

And from there, to start building clarity around what needs to change next.
