What a weekend, Northampton!!! The Wall Games street art and graffiti festival had everything. So many artists and writers (over 350 of us! Biggest event of its kind in Europe), what felt like MILES of boards (my poor feet), all transformed in the best, most colourful and vibrant way over two days (well, one and a half days really as we all got rained off on Saturday afternoon :( )
HUGE thanks to everyone involved in pulling together such a fantastic event. I hope that the good people of Northampton town love what we all left behind.
Here's my bit. When I found out I was going to be painting directly opposite the main museum, with its legendary shoe and boot collection, I knew I wanted to do something with BIG boots 🥾🥾. So meet Chelsea :) she may be plunging to her almost certain death but she is pretty chill about it, and she knows that her hair looks magnificent in the breeze, so she's happy that she is going out looking fine :D
Thanks to all the passers by who stopped for a chat, always the best part of a public paint. Had the best time. Thanks again for having me. Hope to be invited back next time!
