Yesterday, our team took part in the 40th Mumbles Raft Race, helping to raise money for the RNLI

Our van was repainted to depict Harry and Marv’s van from the film Home Alone, with our team dressed up as The Wet Bandits!

It was great to be involved in such a great local event and to contribute to a charity that carries out such important lifesaving work.

Thank you to the organisers and everyone who came along to support the day. We’re pleased to have been part of it.

Tomorrow is finally the day of the Mumbles Raft Race! Our raft is ready (well... we hope it is! 😂) the team are excited, and we’re looking forward to a brilliant day while raising money for a fantastic cause.

This week marks the start of our second year working at Swansea University as part of our contract with Codi Group.

Yesterday our Operations Director Mark Jenkins represented Warmserve Services Ltd at the Regional Learning & Skills Partnership with Cefn Hengoed Community School Careers event.

It was a pleasure meeting students and members of the local community to talk about career opportunities all aimed at encouraging the next generation to explore careers in construction and skilled trades.

After many years of dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment, last Friday we said a fond farewell to our wonderful Accounts Manager, Lesley, as she retired.

Lesley joined the group in 1999 originally with Amico Electrical Services Ltd and has been a valued member of the team ever since.
Over the years, her knowledge, dedication, and no-nonsense approach (including the occasional telling-off!) have left a lasting impression on everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her.

We'd like to thank Lesley for her hard work and dedication over the years and wish her all the very best for a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement.

🚣‍♂️🌊 Warmserve is excited to be taking part in the Mumbles Raft Race again this year in support of the incredible work carried out by the RNLI, helping to save lives at sea.

The Warmserve van/raft is currently undergoing a transformation and is being updated with a brand-new theme inspired by a well-known film 🎬.
We can't reveal any more just yet, but all will be unveiled on race day!

On Friday, we had the privilege of presenting to a Year 6 class as part of their careers day, giving pupils an insight into a day in the life of an electrician.

As part of our community benefits initiative, delivered through our electrical testing and compliance contract with Cardiff Council, we are committed to engaging with schools and colleges to promote careers in the electrical industry.

It was a highly positive day, with pupils actively engaging in discussions about the different routes into becoming an electrician. They also had the opportunity to develop a practical life skill by learning how to wire a plug using a board we made for the occasion.

The future is bright 💡
