Hi, I’m Nikki 👋🏼

After nearly 15 years in property, I’ve finally taken the plunge and created something of my own — EP & Co. Property Professionals.

I’ve always believed property should feel more personal. Less corporate, less one-size-fits-all, and more about having someone you know and trust at the end of the phone.

That’s exactly why I created EP & Co. ✨

From full property management and tenant support, to compliance, maintenance, refurbishments and those property jobs that simply need someone experienced to take care of them — I’m here to make owning and managing property that little bit easier.

I’m based in Surrey, working locally and beyond, and I’m genuinely so excited to finally get this out there.

So whether you’re a landlord, property owner, local business or just know someone who might need a little help with their property — come and say hello. 🤍

A more personal approach to property.

We had a call from a customer who was unable to lock the front porch doors and rear french doors on their property, leaving their home unsecured. After carrying out a service and realigning both sets of doors we had these back to full working order. We also replaced the spring cassettes in the handles which had been damaged due to the doors being left unaligned for some time. Are you having problems locking your doors? Are the handles difficult to lift when locking? A simple repair could be all that is needed to resolve the issue, don’t let it develop into a bigger and more expensive issue…. Give us a call today, we are happy to help 🔓👍🏼
