A reminder of a fantastic project at Radley College.

Working alongside main contractors Life Build, our team was tasked with creating a roofing system that complemented the character of the surrounding buildings while using a modern flat roofing solution.

The challenge was to achieve the traditional appearance of the neighbouring roofs while delivering the performance and durability expected from a high-quality membrane system.

This project was brought to life through the skill and experience of our team, alongside the quality products we use from IKO, the membrane manufacturers.

A great example of how the right combination of craftsmanship, collaboration and materials can deliver outstanding results.

Every roof presents its own challenges, and finding the right solution - even with the greatest challenge - is a Robseal speciality.

On this recent domestic reroofing project in Oxford, we were faced with a cold roof that had no room for additional insulation as the tiled pitched roof met directly onto the flat roof. The design and construction may have reflected the building regulations in place when the property was originally built, but it was our task to find a solution that allowed this flat roof breathing room.

To achieve the best possible outcome, we installed ventilation to improve airflow and help prevent future issues.

On a recent project at Strode's College, our work included the flat roof, but there were also roof tiles that needed replacing and a former roof access door that the client wanted permanently sealed.
