Celebrating Neurodiversity Week
This week is Neurodiversity Week, and it’s something that’s close to our hearts here at our Gas Assist Heating And Plumbing.
We have first-hand experience of neurodiversity within our team and families, which has helped shape the way we work, communicate, and support each other every day. It’s a reminder that everyone thinks differently, approaches problems in their own way, and brings unique strengths to the table.
In our industry, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and seeing things from different perspectives are incredibly valuable — and neurodiversity is a big part of that.
Whether we’re supporting our team or helping customers keep their homes warm and comfortable, we believe understanding and inclusion make a real difference.
