Big push on this extension over the last couple of weeks! đź’Ş

We’re now fully watertight and plastered throughout, leaving everything ready for the client to crack on with the kitchen installation and floor fitting.

Project update 🏡

We’re pleased to have reached the wall plate stage on this extension, with the internal structural alterations now underway as we begin removing the existing internal walls.

Our focus this week is on progressing the roof structure, preparing it for the final roof covering and the installation of the roof lantern. Each stage brings the project one step closer to completion, and we’re looking forward to sharing further progress soon.

Project Update

We’re now out of the ground, with the substructure and drainage works fully completed. The superstructure has now been built and is ready for scaffold access.

Our next stage is to take the blockwork up to wall plate height before installing the roof. It’s great to see the project taking shape—this is going to create one impressive open-plan kitchen space.

New project underway this week! 🔨

We’ve started with some demolition work to get things moving before we begin digging the footings and preparing for concrete.

This project will transform the rear of the property with a spacious kitchen extension, along with internal wall alterations to create a more open and functional living space.

The finished build will feature a modern flat roof with a roof lantern to maximise natural light, plus bi-fold doors opening onto the garden to complete the transformation.

Project completed and handed back to the customer! 🏡✨

What a transformation on this property. The addition of the rear extension has completely changed the way the home works, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a new utility room, and a downstairs bathroom.

We’ve also made the most of every inch of space with a run of bespoke larder units, providing valuable extra storage and helping to keep the new living areas practical and organised.

Another fantastic project completed start to finish, and we’re delighted with the end result. Wishing the customers many happy years enjoying their new space! 🔨👏

Another project wrapped up! 🔨✨

We’ve just completed this new porch and garage conversion, and it’s now been handed back to the customer—ready for them to add their personal touch with decoration.
