Finnoah Training & Services Ltd is a family-run business supporting the construction industry through training, NVQs, consultancy and groundworks. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to help us develop new relationships and support our expanding customer base.
This is far more than an administration role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building long-term relationships and becoming part of a growing business.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our directors to help develop new business opportunities, support existing customers and promote the services we provide across the construction industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Speaking with construction companies, contractors and industry contacts.
• Identifying and liaising with freelance instructors and training providers.
• Promoting our training, testing, NVQ and consultancy services.
• Supporting quotations, customer enquiries and general administration.
• Recording daily activity, including calls, emails and customer progress.
• Helping grow our client base and identifying new business opportunities.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Is confident speaking with people over the phone, by email and face-to-face.
• Is organised, reliable and self-motivated.
• Enjoys building professional relationships.
• Can work independently while supporting a close-knit team.
• Has good IT and communication skills.
• Lives within 10 miles of Swadlincote (DE11).
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
Construction experience is beneficial but not essential. We can teach you our services—the right attitude, willingness to learn and strong people skills are what matter most.
