🚧🚨Customer had a leek that was ruining a brand new bathroom that’s was being installed and needed a secure long term fix.🚨🚧

The lead flashing along side the chimney was falling out and was perishing thus causing the leek in the first place, This was taken care of by replacing the step flashing and resealing into the chimney.

As you can see the perished felt had let go and was letting ingress of water into the property,
new felt and battens was installed fixing the leak and keeping the property maintained and leek free.
