Get it right get it water tight with dc and son's roofing. A returning customer reported damp in bedroom while decorating .so full inspection of roof found that the tiles and felt are in bad condition. So fully replaced roof to building reg. Rafter rollout fitted. over fasica vents eve trays fitted. New breathable membrane felt. New Lats fitted and grp valley fitted. Thin flat grey concrete tiles. Dry ridges kits fitted and linen dry verge to be fitted after house has been repointed.

Been back out to berryhill again customer reported problems with guttering. Set ladders up removed tiles cuts at bottom ...

Been back out to berryhill again customer reported problems with guttering. Set ladders up removed tiles cuts at bottom of valley to felt in valley is to short and no lead saddle at bottom grp valley is cracked at bottom letting water track back into soffit and running along fascia and rendering. Poor workmanship and dry verge poorly fitted at bottom of all gable. they left loose nail over the roof and broken tiles in the guttering. All photos sent to customer so it can be reported back to them.

Get it right get it water tight with dc and son's roofing. Customer reported rain water running down fascia not into guttering. So we fitted eve trays to all 3 side of property. Flat roof fiberglassed was repaired with rubber which doesn't work so repaired with flexiglass grp . All rubbish removed from site and thank you for the cuppa and biscuits.

Get it right get it water tight with dc and son's roofing. Been out this afternoon to berry hill new estate agian. customer has reported broken tiles on garage and on the low level roof above kitchen. We found 11 tiles will need to be replace on garage. Some have hair line cracked and others broken and tiles are tight together which has caused the corner to break. And low level above kitchen has 5 broken tiles .which i didn't get photos has my phone died on me. We covered the worst 3 has they was letting water track onto the roof felt which the customer reported water damage inside. Back over the weekend to do inspection of roof for customer has requested.
