How to not pipe up your condensate pipes. Lots of things wrong.
1: pipework incorrectly sized.
2: incorrectly routed
3: incorrectly terminated
4: not insulated to prevent freezing
5: incorrect materials used

This poorly boiler in Belper has been nothing but trouble for the customer and after quoting for a repair for a leaking heat exchanger, support and poor hot water it was time for a new boiler. Quality main fitted with a 5 year warranty. It took 5 hours before the old boiler disappeared to the local scrap gods, maybe it was all the plastic innards that wasn't too appealing 🙅‍♂️,Happy days to a dry warm house for this one.

We love diificult poorly working heating systems at Ashfield Heating.
This customer had 3 or more radiators not working, I found most of the TRVS sticking and leaking. Drained system, cleaned out central heating feed and expansion tank, flushed through with x800 and the magnacleanse. The system took some cleaning, all the radiators were agitated and when they were all working and up to temperature the system was drained again and refilled adding 2 litres of inhibitor, The system was then balanced and tested.
This system should now run happily without heating issues for quite some time and be more efficient.
Central heating cleanse/flushes from £500 plus vat.
Magnetic filters fitted to systems from £150 plus vat.
Servicing for a working wall mounted boiler £60 plus vat plus parts if required.
