Steve of SPB Building Design provided a fantastic service at a reasonable price. He surveyed our property, drew up all plans, got calculations done and submitted it all to the council for Planning and Building Regulations. Steve followed the application through until it was fully approved so all we had to focus on was finding a builder. Not knowing where to start Steve helped get again by recommending some reputable builders for me to get in touch with for quotes. I can’t recommend him enough! Great guy all around. Thank you for all of your help once again.
