AJ Are looking to connect with more local builders who would like to Collaborate in a Design and build venture. We currently have 3 builders who we recomend on a regular bases to clients or potential clients, however, recently our three recomendations have lengthy waiting lists and our clients are looking for somthing a little more fersitile.

Most of our clients rather one person who can take control of all aspects of there project. We have asked a poll of customers who would prefer a design and build package to seperate Architects and Builders.

For many years I sat back and taught myself because the compnies i worked for didnt have 'Time' to teach, grow or develop employee's. Years being pointed in wrong directions, then blamed for it, years being mistreated and used as a scape goat. Not any more! AJ are recruiting young lively people who want to learn about this industry, who WANT to grow with the company.

2, People skills
3, Willing to learn and adapt to each client
4, Work 16 hours a week with potential to work overtime
5, Able to drive with use of a car to attend site visits

Each of our Architects have personalized Face coverings with their desired contact details on! This is to ensure we are all protected, we have mini hand sanitizing kits before we enter and when we exit.

We ensure all our staff are working with the new guidelines making sure safety is key at this time!

As a growing company we strive to appease our clients in any way shape or form, but please do not take this as weakness, our Architects admin and social media team do not need to be bullied to get a discount on drawings. We have a legal contract which the clients signs before any works commence, if you wish not to sign it, the drawings will not be started. If the deposit is not paid, the drawings will not be started, please do not expect is to spend hours upon hours drawing so you can 'see the quality first!' If you don't have confidence in us, find another Architect.

Just to let all my Architectural Friends know, Building control charges are increasing as of TODAY!!! this will add a cost onto your clients estimated around £300 each application.

Good Afternoon everyone,

Here at AJ we are looking for a events and social media assistant who will promote our page and take control of our Facebook and Instagram. Were a little slow off the mark currently (We shouldn't moan that were busy, but we are 😂😂😂 )

We are only looking for a part time assistant, who has a eye for photography, someone who is willing to photograph each build from inception to completion for our social media pages. Were also offering landscaping now so the applicant may be asked to photograph or annotate in all weathers. (Yes we have had a girl who couldn't risk getting her hair wet!) The applicant will need to drive and have access to their own cars as we work throughout Essex and in some VERY rural areas.

The applicant ill also need their own laptop or PC to work from home.
