🧱Pipework concealment project underway.

Customer wanted exposed pipework hidden within the wall for a cleaner, more modern finish ✅

Work carried out:

✔️ Chased wall ready for concealed pipework
✔️ Adjusted pipework within the ceiling space
✔️ Prepared pipe routes for final installation

During the work, part of a breeze block beneath the radiator crumbled away. This was likely due to previous damp issues or the original construction, and unfortunately is one of those things that can only become apparent once work begins.

The customer already had a builder/plasterer arranged, who has since replaced the damaged section and prepared the area ready for the final pipework alterations and plastering 👍🏼

Looking forward to returning to complete the last stage and leave everything hidden away neatly

Customer needed a basin tap replaced, and while carrying out the work we also found the waste and trap had been forced into an awkward angled position, putting unnecessary strain on the pipework ✅

✔️ Realigned pipework to remove tension
✔️ Fully tested and checked for leaks
