A complete exterior transformation in Staines-upon-Thames. 🏡

What started as a tired, dated exterior has been completely transformed through an extensive programme of external renovation works.

The original brief was to modernise the property and address a number of external defects that were contributing to damp internally. As the project progressed, further issues were uncovered, including significant deterioration to the existing roof structure, resulting in a much more extensive renovation than originally anticipated.

The completed works included:
• Removal of the existing pebbledash and full silicone render system
• Extensive roof repairs followed by a complete roof replacement
• New front boundary wall built using traditional stock bricks
• Bespoke Victorian-style tiled entrance, path and steps
• Complete redesign and landscaping of the front garden
• New drainage and external detailing
• Restoration and decoration of the original architectural features
• New entrance gate and finishing works throughout

One property. One complete transformation. And a project that demonstrates exactly what can be achieved when every element of an exterior renovation is considered as a whole.

Progress at our latest full exterior renovation🏡

Plenty happening on site now, with the property well into the preparation stages ahead of its complete transformation.

The new main roof is now installed, existing external finishes have been stripped back and preparation is underway for the new silicone render system.

The next stages will include a brick slip detailing, the new render finish, restoration of the existing timber entrance porch and further external detailing to completely change the character of the property.

There's still plenty to do, but this is exactly the stage where you start to see the transformation taking shape.

Looking forward to sharing the finished result. This is going to be one hell of a tranformation!

NEW PROJECT STARTING 🏡
Another full external transformation underway for the IN Construction team.
The aim with this property is to completely refresh the existing exterior while introducing more character and a traditional cottage-style feel.

Works will include:
🔨 New roof coverings throughout
🏠 Full silicone render system
🧱 Brick-slip detailing to the front elevation
🚪 New feature entrance porch
✨ Carefully considered finishes to bring the whole exterior together

The existing property has plenty of potential, but the different additions and finishes have left the exterior lacking a consistent identity. Our job is to bring everything together and create a much more cohesive, characterful home.

Scaffolding is up and work is underway, we're looking forward to seeing this one take shape.

✨ From dated bathroom to something very special…

If you remember the bathroom we started a few weeks ago, it's now complete, and what a transformation.

What started as a tired, dated bathroom has been completely stripped back, structurally altered and reimagined to create this bespoke, spa-inspired space.

The finished design features a statement arched walk-in shower, illuminated feature niche, seamless microcement finishes, bespoke shower glazing, wall-hung WC, floating vanity, basket-weave flooring and carefully considered architectural lighting throughout.

There have been plenty of challenges and a huge amount of work behind the scenes to turn the original concept into reality, but we're incredibly proud of the finished result.

🚧 Project Update | Shepperton Bathroom Renovation

It's always exciting when a project starts to take shape, and this one is no exception.

Over the past couple of weeks we've completely stripped the existing bathroom back to a bare shell, removed the rear and side wall, installed the structural alterations and started bringing the new layout to life. 🚧🏗

The bespoke arched shower entrance is now in place, along with the oversized walk-in shower, the concealed wall-hung WC framework and all other first fix plumbing and electrics. You can finally start to see the vision becoming reality.
There's still plenty to do, but this is the stage where all of the designing, planning and preparation starts paying off. 💪

We can't wait to show you the finished result, it really is going to be a complete transformation.

This tired, dated bathroom is about to be completely transformed into a luxury, spa-inspired space.

Rather than simply replacing the existing suite, we're completely reconfiguring the room by removing the rear wall and side walls to create space for a stunning walk-in shower and bespoke arched feature.

It's always satisfying to see a project reach the stage where the transformation really starts to speak for itself.

🏡 Ground Floor Renovation Complete 🏡
