✨ From dated bathroom to something very special…

If you remember the bathroom we started a few weeks ago, it's now complete, and what a transformation.

What started as a tired, dated bathroom has been completely stripped back, structurally altered and reimagined to create this bespoke, spa-inspired space.

The finished design features a statement arched walk-in shower, illuminated feature niche, seamless microcement finishes, bespoke shower glazing, wall-hung WC, floating vanity, basket-weave flooring and carefully considered architectural lighting throughout.

There have been plenty of challenges and a huge amount of work behind the scenes to turn the original concept into reality, but we're incredibly proud of the finished result.

⚽ Great to see AFC Royal Holloway's coaching staff proudly representing IN Construction Ltd during their pre-season friendly at Ashford Town FC's RPS Stadium. 🥅

When we decided to partner with AFC Royal Holloway this season, it wasn't just about having our logo on a shirt. It was about supporting a club that's passionate about developing players, investing in the local community and building something for the future. 💪

We're proud to be the club's Official Training Kit and VEO Partner for the 2026/27 season and we're looking forward to following the team's progress throughout the year.

🚧 Project Update | Shepperton Bathroom Renovation

It's always exciting when a project starts to take shape, and this one is no exception.

Over the past couple of weeks we've completely stripped the existing bathroom back to a bare shell, removed the rear and side wall, installed the structural alterations and started bringing the new layout to life. 🚧🏗

The bespoke arched shower entrance is now in place, along with the oversized walk-in shower, the concealed wall-hung WC framework and all other first fix plumbing and electrics. You can finally start to see the vision becoming reality.
There's still plenty to do, but this is the stage where all of the designing, planning and preparation starts paying off. 💪

We can't wait to show you the finished result, it really is going to be a complete transformation.

From this... to something very special.

This tired, dated bathroom is about to be completely transformed into a luxury, spa-inspired space.

Rather than simply replacing the existing suite, we're completely reconfiguring the room by removing the rear wall and side walls to create space for a stunning walk-in shower and bespoke arched feature.

🏡 Project Update | Staines-upon-Thames 🏡

It's always satisfying to see a project reach the stage where the transformation really starts to speak for itself.

So far, we've completed:
✔️ Removal of the existing pebbledash render ✔️ New silicone render system ✔️ Construction of a brand-new front boundary wall ✔️ All new roofs throughout ✔️ New fascias, soffits and rainwater goods ✔️ Extensive external renovation works

There's still plenty to come, including the front landscaping, Victorian tiled entrance pathway and the final finishing touches.

We can't wait to share the completed result over the coming weeks.

From a tired, dated and disconnected space to a beautiful modern home designed around family living.

This project involved a complete strip out and transformation of the ground floor, creating a brighter, more practical and welcoming environment for our clients to enjoy for many years to come.

Staines external renovation update 🔨

The prep work is now well underway on this full transformation in Staines 👀

Old coatings stripped back, repairs exposed and repaired, and the new silicone render system starting to take shape properly. Here's the start of the process starting with walls being primed, base coat and meshing.
