🔨 Another kitchen almost complete!

Great progress on this kitchen transformation this week!

A few challenges along the way, including some changes to the original design and rather awkward access, but we managed to work around everything and get the kitchen nearly finished! 💪

Just a few finishing touches left before we’re onto the next project!

Unfortunately, we’ve also had a bit of a setback this week after another vehicle collided with our parked work van, leaving it out of action for the time being. Thankfully, nobody was seriously injured, which is the main thing!

Not quite the week we’d planned, but we’re doing our best to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible!

What a transformation throughout this home! 🔨🏡

We started off by fitting bespoke alcove storage, then moved on to creating a custom kitchen seating area with integrated storage, which has recently been painted and finished beautifully!

This week, we’ve been back fitting decorative wall panelling and dado rail throughout the property, along with putting up mirrors, pictures and those all-important finishing touches!

It’s been brilliant seeing everything come together over the past few months, and we couldn’t have asked for better clients! 👏

Just the plumber to do his thing and it’s all finished! Client can come back from holiday to a fresh, modern-looking kitchen 👌

Panelling job up next week, followed by another kitchen rip-out and replacement.

Then we’ve got a couple of good ideas in the works for some bespoke storage solutions designed to make better use of space in any home — and there might be a giveaway involved with some them 👀

Plenty more to come from RiverForge Studios.

Also looking to update or upgrade your workspace, shop or home? ✨

Old units, sinks and benchtop removed and replaced with a much cleaner, more practical setup.

New units fitted, new benchtop installed and cut to suit the existing equipment, both sinks cut out ready for the plumber, upstands and plinths finished, plus repairs carried out to the existing worktop on the opposite side.

Still a few bits to finish off, but it’s really starting to come together now.

Jobs like this are a good example of the commercial work we take on alongside our domestic joinery — repairs, upgrades, counters, storage and practical alterations to keep businesses running.

If your café, shop or workspace needs updating, send us a message with a few photos and what you’re looking to change. 📲

Our current ongoing job — despite being dropped in it by someone! 🫣

Old café sinks, units and benchtop ripped out to make way for a new, more modern kitchen setup.

I’ve also installed new ceiling panelling in the storage room, along with carrying out some minor electrical work.

Still plenty to get through tomorrow but making good progress! 🔨

Not the greatest of jobs to start the week!

We replaced a structurally rotten floor, drained and cleared the sludge underneath, then properly reinstated everything and got the room back to how it should be. The smell has already mostly faded and, most importantly, a very happy customer with the problem finally sorted.

We filled the rest of the week with a few door jobs and some smaller bits in between.

We’re still booked up for the next 4–5 weeks, so if you’ve got a project in mind, get in touch early and we can get you booked in.

Today’s little transformation 🔥

Fitted this solid oak floating beam today and it’s completely changed the look of the room.

Sometimes it doesn’t take a full renovation to make a noticeable difference — a simple solid oak feature can add a lot more warmth and character to an otherwise plain wall.

Solid oak beams supplied & fitted from £200, with different lengths and finishes available depending on the space.

If you’ve got an area in your home that feels like it’s missing something, send the page or our WhatsApp a photo and we can give you some ideas.

Managed to squeeze this one into the diary amongst a few door-fitting jobs we’ve had on as part of our MEGA DOOR DEAL — which has now officially ended! And it turned out spot on.

A simple addition, but a big improvement to the kitchen — we fitted a new breakfast bar area, matching it into the existing units and worktops so it looks like it was always there!

We’re fully booked up for the next 5 weeks at the minute, so if you’re thinking about improving your kitchen, adding storage or just want some general home improvements before Christmas, get in touch early and we can get the ball rolling!
