🪚 Bay Window Restoration & Bespoke Guttering
A challenging restoration project on this beautiful bay window, bringing the original timber detailing back to life after years of rot and deterioration.

As the property is located within a conservation area, the restoration had to match the existing character and neighbouring properties. This included having bespoke wooden box guttering specially made to the exact dimensions required, which we then adapted and carefully installed to suit the bay.

We also removed the rotten timber sections and carried out detailed repairs to the decorative mouldings and columns, retaining as much of the original features as possible.

A lot of careful work and attention to detail went into this one, but we're really pleased with how it came together. 🔨🏡

Another bespoke restoration completed by us, preserving the character of this beautiful property.

Another transformation completed! 🔨

We converted this previously unused under-stairs space into a fully accessible toilet room, making much better use of the space while keeping it practical and in keeping with the existing staircase.

We also incorporated a handy storage cupboard, giving the customer some extra storage alongside the new WC.

A challenging space, but a fantastic end result! 👌
