🚨 Hidden Leak Causing Damage 🚨
This customer contacted us because the grout on their bathroom floor kept turning black, no matter how much it was cleaned.
After taking a closer look, I discovered the toilet was leaking from multiple connections, and the water had been slowly soaking into the floor underneath.
Unfortunately, the damage meant the entire bathroom floor had to be removed and replaced.
The leaks were repaired properly and the floor was finished with new tile-effect lino, giving the look of patterned tiles while being durable and waterproof for a bathroom.
A good example of how small leaks can cause bigger problems if left too long.
If you notice:
• Grout or flooring going dark
• Damp smells in the bathroom
• Water around the toilet base
…it’s always best to get it checked before it turns into a bigger repair.
