I’m Alex — a joiner with nearly 50 years’ experience, which means a lifetime of skills and a real love for fixing and restoring wherever possible, rather than replacing things unnecessarily.
I’m always honest. If there’s something I can’t do (for example, laminate flooring because of my knees), I’ll tell you straight away — no messing about.
I can help with:
• Planing & fitting doors (you choose and supply — there’s so much choice out there now)
• Skirting, flooring & loft boarding
• Shelving & panelling
• Bespoke cupboards and shelving for alcoves
• Removing those awkward cupboards over the stairs to create better storage or wardrobe space
• Small jobs too — from siliconing a bathroom to fixing or replacing garden fencing
