At Ingilbys, we offer a FREE colour creation service across all of our products.
Our experienced colour specialists create each colour by eye, using a physical sample as a reference. This could be a colour card, piece of plaster or another material, as long as it’s around 1 inch squared or larger.
For the best possible match, we always recommend bringing in the exact colour card or physical material you’d like us to work from. Colours can vary between printed cards, and colours shown on phones, tablets and computer screens aren’t reliable enough for an accurate match.
With over 50 years of experience, we’ve created thousands of bespoke colours, and more often than not, we’ll already have a formula on file. If it’s a completely new colour or a new colour for a particular product, a minimum order of 5 litres applies.
We use a combination of traditional earth pigments, synthetic pigments and liquid pigments to create our colours. While we can achieve a wide range of shades, there are some limitations depending on the product and pigments required.
If the colour falls within what our products and pigments can achieve, we’ll do our best to create it for you.
