How does it work?
If you're the owner of a building plot, land suitable for development, or another building project that has potential to be transformed through development, but you don't want the hassle and outlay of undertaking the build, then this may be the perfect service for you.
Following initial contact, we will review all of the information and present a project offer to you. This offer will consist of a simple proposed agreement to undertake the necessary building works, to optimise the value of the site prior to sale.
BuildFree will propose a percentage cut on the final sale figure of the site - to cover the development costs and marketing. Everything is fully explained in black and white before a simple contract is draw up by solicitors for both parties’ security. Upon completion of the project, BuildFree will market the property with the view of gaining the best return for all involved.
