From your boiler, pipes, and central heating, through to your bathroom, kitchen and garden. Our family run business with over 50 years’ combined experience, set up by brothers Scott and Matthew Kerry, provides property maintenance throughout Stroud, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and Bristol. In 2013 brother, Scott and Matthew Kerry, decided to combine their gas and plumbing businesses, respectively, creating Kerry Maintenance, a family run business with over 50 years combined experience. By working together, they were able to provide a complete service of plumbing and heating needs. Since then, Kerry Maintenance has grown massively, now with small teams of gas engineers, plumbing engineers and property maintenance engineers, all supported by our administration team in the office. We are now able to carry out any maintenance works required on your property. With the gas engineers servicing your boiler each year to ensure it is running efficiently and safely. Our plumbing engineers are here to help with anything from a dripping tap to installing a whole bathroom suite. And for everything else that needs a little attention, our property maintenance team can be of service. Of course, as the company has grown bigger, taking on more clients and engineers, the office has needed to expand as well. Our little office in Stroud town was a tight squeeze when everyone was in there and the parking situation meant we were always on the lookout for the parking warden. In 2020 we moved offices to Wallbridge Industrial Estate. By building a bespoke office from scratch in one of the old railway arches, we have been able to design and create an office and storeroom that works for us. It is a very unique space and with the arch as the main feature, it definitely stands out. The office works perfectly for the business and allows room to grow. If you want to know more about our office, check out our blog on how we designed and created it. Alongside our engineers, we have an excellent network of carpenters, electricians, builders, drain experts and roofers to provide you with a top-quality service for your whole property. If we are unable to do the works required on your property, we know someone who you can trust to do the job. We are happy to arrange this through Kerry Maintenance or put you in contact with the trade themselves. As the company has grown, we have expanded the areas that we cover. Our Gas team are now able to attend properties in South Gloucestershire and Bristol. For any property maintenance needs you have, Kerry Maintenance are here for you.
