We are an experienced training provider, originally from Bridgwater, where we previously supplied training for Nuclear, Construction and Engineering sites, including the Hinkley Point C Project near Bridgwater. However we decided to relocate to support the growing demand for training within the construction industry and the gr

owing rail department. This branch has been set up to provide workers and clients with the right skills and accreditations required to work within a variety of different roles on Construction, Rail and Engineering sites across the UK. The A17 category covers the safe operation of telehandlers alongside the added responsibilities involved when handling suspended loads on site, including load awareness, signalling, safety checks, and precise manoeuvring practices.

Blazing sunshine and Day 1 of a tractor course underway today ☀️🚜

While the weather is welcome, long hours outdoors in high temperatures can still be demanding — especially during practical training and site-based work.

Fatigue, dehydration and prolonged sun exposure can all take their toll, which is why the small things matter just as much as the big ones.

Water close by, regular breaks where possible, and sun protection to hand (spot the sunscreen !)

Sarah and Sonny have kept the momentum going, now passing their Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) ticket after another week training here at LP Training

That’s how apprenticeships should work: building skills quickly, gaining confidence, and getting closer to site-ready roles.

Next up: Adam and Patrick, who are stepping in to complete their ADT training and continue the journey.

A strong example of how the right partnerships are creating clear pathways into construction...

𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗛, 𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗬, 𝗔𝗗𝗔𝗠 & 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗞 have successfully passed their 𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗥 test, kickstarting their apprenticeship journey and progressing through a structured programme designed to take them from training into employment and onto major project sites.

This is a fully joined-up approach:
LP Training – delivering hands-on training and CPCS testing
Logical Personnel Solutions – employing and supporting the apprentices
Plantforce Rentals - providing the operational pathway and future site placements

Together, this creates a seamless route from training → employment → site, with these apprentices working towards placements on major infrastructure projects including HS2.

And it doesn’t stop there.

Next stage: 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗗𝗨𝗠𝗣 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗞 training, continuing to build their plant operation skill set.
