Helped a lovely elderly couple setting up their new home last week. Put their new roman blinds up and as our lady was leaving she asked if there was anythung wkse as they had oaiednger for 2 hours and she was done in an hour and a half, and as it happens a parcel arrived with their new *key safe* as she was leaving so they asked if she could pop it on their wall for them which she did. They left lovely feedback and had a great time chatting with her about their old racing car days!

A lady living on her own asking for help to rip and put down a new floor. Took up the old carpet to find a beautiful original floor underneath so now they are helping her plan what to do with it. She wants to keep it and enhance it so we are helping her look at options. She no longer wants laminate flooring down! Don't blame her!

This tree clearly trying to sneak into an elderly ladies garden and she just couldn't reach. Our girl went and dealt with it and mowed the grass whilst there. Only charged her £25. She kept coming out with cups of tea and biscuits so my lady now asks i send them out with flasks of tea and biscuits as it helped the mood. Lol
