A call out we attended yesterday in Bewdley.

We received a call with the customer stating they could smell burning from their consumer unit. We were straight there and luckily the customer called us just in time.

As you can see from the picture their consumer unit was very close to becoming a fire 🔥

We replaced the consumer unit to a fully RCBO and SPD protected unit and upgraded there main incoming supply cable as this was undersized ⚡️

This customer was very lucky that they caught this before it went to far, this is why you should ensure you get a qualified electrician to carry out safety checks on your electrics regularly 🔌

A recent before and after of a job we carried out for a local estate agents in Hagley.

Full RCBO consumer unit with SPD protection fitted to replace the 3 old consumer units.

Not only has this made the property much safer it has also made their electrical cupboard much neater⚡️
