Returning to previous customers is always something we take great pride in, and this beautiful period property was well overdue for a complete exterior makeover.
To ensure every part of the job was completed to the highest standard, we arranged for one of our trusted local scaffolding companies to erect access to the areas we couldn’t safely reach by ladder.
Our preparation was, as always, the key to achieving a long-lasting finish. We thoroughly sanded all the windows, fascias and soffits, carried out repairs to the rotten fascia noggings, and restored the stonework around the bay windows where sections had chipped away over the years. Everything was then filled, sanded smooth and prepared ready for painting.
We used Bedec Multi Surface Paint to give the property a durable, weather-resistant finish that will protect it for years to come. One of the standout features of this project was carefully masking every window to recreate the crisp, original lines. Being an 1800s property, the window frames had lost their definition over time, but by restoring the clean black and white paintwork, the character of the home really came back to life. Once the tape was removed, the transformation was incredible.
We didn’t stop there either. The front, side and rear of the property all received a complete refresh. We also repainted the original post box, front steps and water pump, repaired the decking and handrails, and gave every detail the attention it deserved.
The end result truly speaks for itself, and our customers were absolutely over the moon. It’s always a pleasure returning to previous clients and doing what we love.
