We picked up the tools on this refurbishment on 15th January & completed April 10th (86 days).
have done a great job on Citadel and have secured another refurbishment to begin the end of this month.

We’ve completed the refurbishment on this whopping 168,249 sq ft industrial warehouse. We’re proud to say we completed the works in 74 days, which also wasn’t in a good state when we took on the project.
