lovely transformation on this 50-year-old property.

The original timber fascias, soffits and decorative mouldings have all been replaced with a new low-maintenance UPVC system and seamless aluminium guttering throughout.

The decorative dentil mouldings were a key feature of the house, so it was important to keep the original character whilst giving the property a much cleaner, sharper finish. New felt, batton, tiles and dry verge/ridge system too

Maintenance free now — excluding the odd clean now and again 👷🏼‍♂️👷🏼‍♂️👷🏼‍♂️👷🏼‍♂️

🐦 The Builders are in 🐦

It’s official we have tenants! No messing about, in and out all day. Materials flying in…proper busy little grafters.

No drawings, no building control, no tea breaks - straight on the tools.

I’ll keep you updated on the progress 🏡

Let’s get some skim on then……😮‍💨
