Brrr… it’s that time of year again ❄️

When temperatures drop, it’s not just us feeling the chill, your boiler might too!

A frozen condensate pipe is one of the most common causes of boiler issues in cold weather, but the good news is it’s usually an easy fix 🙌

Take a look at our blog to find out more:

If your boiler stops working in freezing temperatures, there's a good chance that your condensate pipe has frozen.

If your radiators aren’t heating evenly (warm at the bottom, cold at the top), they might need bleeding! 🔧

Releasing trapped air helps your system run more efficiently and keeps every room toasty:

1. Turn off your heating
2. Place a towel and a container under the bleed valve
3. Use a radiator key to slowly open the valve by turning it anti-clockwise
4. Wait for the hissing sound and dripping to stop, then close the valve by turning it clockwise
5. Turn your heating back on and re-pressurise the system if needed.
