I know I've been mega quiet/non existent this year, but lots of big changes in life and family.
However 🤗 an effort over the next 12 months is in plan to get back on the lathe and make some wonderful pieces again.

This all start today 💪 with the new chainsaw and some amazing bits of Silver Birch and Yew that I've had on my drive for over 12 months.

Time has come to cut them up and start to expose some of the beauty 😍 that lies inside!

A very Happy New year to everyone and we shall see you all on the bright side of 2025!! 🥳

Omg guys so sorry for the latest YouTube video still not being up 😔
Got back out in the workshop today and really wasn't happy with the shape so set to changing it and then found a massive void in it 🙈

So now waiting three hours for some Miliput to cure.

Long and short is it's going to be tomorrow before I can continue with it, so I might be lucky to have it finished and the video edited by Friday.

I know it's not the best start to my YouTube 'Career' but I promis I'll get this nailed and get better at it 🤣🤣🤣

Well guys and gals, I said something special was on its way!

Well my YouTube premiere is now live and able to be viewed.

I am really hoping to get videos up on YouTube on an 'Ish' regular basis this year, and really hope to get a few lives in as well from time to time! 🤞

Oh my. What a few months!

I am so sorry the page has been so quiet, real life has been manic which is a good thing but it's kept me well clear of the workshop!

I promise there is stuff on the way. A few items have been turned over the last few weeks and will be shared soon. Hopefully some new and exciting bits as well 🤭

I hope everyone has had an amazing Christmas and a great start to 2023 so far.

Latest bowl finished!!! 😍😍😍

The second monkey puzzle blank turned into a chip and dip bowl.

Sat next to it's sister blank.

Both of these beauties are for sale, if interested don't hesitate to get in touch.

Exact measurements to come but both around 13" diameter and 3 1/2" deep.

Latest little one 🙈🤣

Was asked and commissioned to turn and carve a 12" fruit bowl with a representation of a Swiss Alps skyline.

Started as a 13" x 4" Tulip blank. Finished with chestnut products sanding sealer and Yorkshire grit.

Big shout out to the wife for all her hard work on the carving
