We’re pleased to have secured approval for a top floor flat transformation in Putney, just moments from the Thames.

The scheme includes a full internal reconfiguration alongside a loft conversion, creating additional space and improving the overall layout. A new rear terrace will provide valuable outdoor amenity with riverside context.

A great result for our client and a strong example of unlocking potential within existing buildings.

Our role? Exploring an alternative construction method and bringing the design to life by transforming 2D drawings into a detailed 3D model in Revit. This process helps unlock valuable insights into how the build will actually come together.

Reimagining a disused high street property 🏗️✨

This project in Storrington explores the conversion of a former office space that is no longer suitable for commercial use. Through carefully developed planning drawings, we’ve helped unlock the potential of the building and demonstrate a new residential layout.

Spanning from basement to second floor, the scheme rethinks the internal arrangement to create a practical, multi-level living space while making better use of an underutilised property.

A great example of how design can support the future of high street buildings.

There’s a lot of noise around how AI is going to *transform* architecture.

Fully automated designs… instant planning approvals… entire schemes generated at the click of a button.

But in reality—at least from where we’re sitting—it’s not quite there (yet).

Right now, AI feels less like a replacement… and more like an engine to enhance what we already do.

In our workflow, we’re exploring how it can support the CGI process—especially as a small team where time is always the biggest constraint.

What you’re seeing here is a good example:

We start with a basic CGI model—clean, accurate, but fairly raw.
Then, with the right prompts, AI helps us push that into something far more realistic and emotionally engaging.

Not perfect. Not fully automated.
But a powerful step forward in communicating a vision quickly and clearly.

The key?
It’s not just the tool—it’s knowing **how to direct it**.

We’re still learning where it fits best:
• Early-stage concepts?
• Visualisation and marketing?
• Design exploration?

We’re delighted to share that planning approval has officially been granted for the change of use to a new restaurant in East Preston 🍽️

This exciting development will bring a vibrant new dining destination to the local area, helping to enhance the high street, create new employment opportunities, and contribute positively to the community.

The project has now been issued to committee and is currently under construction, with works progressing on site. The visuals shown here are CGI previews of what’s to come — giving a glimpse into the future space before completion.

We look forward to seeing this new venue come to life and become a valued part of East Preston’s growing hospitality scene.

🏡 Planning Consent Secured in the South Downs National Park 🌿

We’re delighted to share that planning approval has been granted for the conversion of an existing stable into additional living accommodation for this family home — including a beautifully designed new bedroom.

Working within the South Downs National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, always brings unique challenges. Sensitivity to the setting, careful design considerations, and a collaborative approach were key to making this project a success. Through positive communication with the planning officer and a well-considered design, we were able to achieve consent for this thoughtful conversion.

Our clients are ecstatic with the outcome — and so are we!

Now we move on to the next stage: progressing with detailed Building Control drawings to bring this exciting transformation one step closer to reality.

We’re pleased to confirm that planning has been approved for this single storey rear extension in West Sussex.

This project began at concept stage with the client, developing a design that unlocked additional living space while respecting the existing property and surrounding context.
With consent now granted, we’ve progressed to the Building Control drawing package, ensuring full technical compliance and construction clarity.

We’ve also coordinated a Southern Water Build Over Agreement, making sure all statutory requirements are addressed early — keeping the project moving forward without delays.
