Thought I would share some info on a previous project I undertook.

The property was an old croft house with a small kitchen extension and was in need of a full renovation. I discussed various options with the client and together we came up with a plan to demolish the existing extension and replace it with a new larger timber frame extension to make a comfortable living space and capture the great views out over the Tolsta machair and North Minch.

Having decided on a way forward I set about the design and prepared applications for both Planning Permission and Building Warrant. On completion of these, a full set of construction drawings were finalized allowing work to start on site. Looking forward to seeing this completed.
